The company operates an asset base of over US$3 million and an estimated market value with a cost of capital of 12% real applied to pre-tax cash flows of US$11.5 million.WTTC is the holder of two forest concessions located in the Cuyuni-Mazaruni region in Guyana, South America. The forest concession encompasses a calculated gross area of 112,607 ha and a net productive area of 72,035 ha. Existing Timber Sales agreements (TSA) for concessions 10/85 and 01/91 are held by Willem’s Timber and Trading Company (WT&TC). TSA 01/91 and TSA 10/85 will expire in December 2029 and both Timber Sale Agreements are renewable The combined annual allowable extractive volume from both concessions is 24,157m³. A selective logging approach is used for timber harvesting activities, where an identified number of commercial species above a specified diameter are extracted from an area. Forests are logged in a manner such that harvesting does not result in a break in the overall rainforest canopy. Code of Practice sets minimum operational standard requirements, and the GFC monitors harvesting practices through a structured program of field visits
